Other Pets Allowed:
Rent for our furry friends is $20 per month for each pet. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. Dogs, cats, fish and Birds are allowed. There is a $400 pet deposit ($200 non-refundable) for one pet and a $650 pet deposit ($325 non-refundable) for two pets. There is also $10,000 insurance coverage req. for fish tanks.
Pet policy:
Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bully, Rottweiler, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Chow-Chows, or Wolf Dog Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds. If the breed is unknown, a statement from a veterinarian clinic regarding a reasonable estimate of the breed may be required. In addition to prohibited breeds of dogs listed, snakes, reptiles, mice/rodents, arachnids, exotics, and anything poisonous are also prohibited.
